Soul Care Groups

Group Spiritual Direction

A practice in personal and communal interdependence. In the group setting you are invited to be as open and honest with yourself, others, and the Divine (as you feel most comfortable) to process and explore your personal and spiritual life. You will learn how to be held and hold sacred space others, as you grow in awareness and engagement with your life and the presence and movement of God in and around you.

Groups are intentionally small (4-6 people) to promote safety and connection. They meet 1-2 times a month for a 2-hour session and include a contemplative practice and a space and structure to intentionally process and listen with an open mind and heart to yourself and others.

Spiritual Reclamation Processing Group

  • Has your faith/spirituality shifted or expanded?

  • Do you find yourself wondering if there is anything to hold on to OR how to hold on to what you still feel connected to?

  • Do you feel a drawing towards the spiritual but don’t know where to even start?

This group is intended as a soft landing space for wonderings such as these. It is communally designed for you to personally process, as you consider the possibility of Spiritual Reclamation.

In this group, I will mindfully offer questions and moments of somatic awareness to consider and hold space for all to share as they feel comfortable. This group is open to anyone, with any type of spiritual or religious background and however you currently identity spiritually, religiously, or otherwise. It is specifically process-oriented, not outcome-oriented.
