Hi, I’m Bridget!
I am a perpetual wonderer and lover of people. I am constantly seeking the deeper things of life and am fascinated by and interested in who people are and the formative narratives of their lives.
As a trained emotion-focused and trauma-informed Certified Therapeutic Spiritual Director, Spiritual Theologian, and former Recreation Therapist for adults with disabilities, I strive to provide a sacred and loving space of curiosity and wonder for you to heal and grow into your divinely designed self.
Thank you for being here and I look forward to journeying with you.

A little more about me:
Spiritual Hospitality
Although my spiritual lens has been formed by Christianity, my personal theology and experience of God/Divine Love is expansive, fully inclusive and radically affirming of all people, rooted in liberative and eternal Love in and for all.
I provide a welcoming and loving space to be honest and vulnerable for a variety of spiritual backgrounds and traditions, respecting each person’s language, lens, and engagement with their personal faith and spirituality.
Approach
I take a holistic approach, integrating my psychological and spiritual training, founded on and centered around a Theology of Double Knowledge, “To know God is to know yourself, to know yourself is to know God”.
I work to maintain a non-anxious presence of being with you and the Divine, de-centering myself, and focusing on your journey of healing and growing into a deeper knowing of yourself and Love.
To ensure a safe and ethical space I regularly meet with my personal Certified Spiritual Director and a Certified Spiritual Director Supervisor for accountability and continued personal and spiritual growth, while adhering to the SDI’s Guidelines for Ethical Conduct.
